The new Amazon Fire Stick arriving in the UK market will not include a free TV perk that is exclusively available in the US. Two new Fire TV Stick models priced at £69.99 will not offer the same benefits for UK users.

US Users Get Six Months of MGM+

A lucky advantage for US users is that they will receive six months of MGM+, a streaming service that features the latest blockbuster hits, at no additional cost when they purchase the Fire TV Stick 4K or Fire TV Stick 4K Max. The service is typically priced at $5.99 per month, resulting in savings of over $30 for new Fire Stick owners.

Disney+ Competitor Not Available in the UK

Unfortunately, the UK has not yet launched MGM+, making it impossible for Brits to access this impressive deal. To take advantage of the offer, UK customers would need to purchase their Fire Stick in the US.

Improved Features for UK Customers

Although UK users won't have access to the US-exclusive free TV perk, they can still enjoy faster streaming with Wi-Fi 6 technology on the new Fire TV Stick 4K and Fire TV Stick 4K Max. Both models also offer Dolby Atmos audio and Dolby Vision for an enhanced viewing experience. Prices for the new Fire Stick models start from £59.99 and will be available in the UK next month.
