UFC 300 Set for April 13 in Las Vegas

UFC 300 Set for April 13 in Las Vegas

The UFC has officially announced the date for its 300th pay-per-view card, which will take place on April 13. The highly anticipated event will be held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, marking the promotion's second home since 2016.

Conor McGregor Expected to Headline

While the main event for UFC 300 has not been confirmed, it is widely expected to feature the long-awaited return of former two-division champion Conor McGregor. McGregor is set to face off against Michael Chandler, his rival coach on season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter.

The fight was initially scheduled for last year but was delayed due to McGregor's absence from the USADA drug testing pool. With the UFC's partnership with USADA ending on December 31, McGregor could have made a comeback earlier. However, the promotion chose to wait until he completed the required testing period.

McGregor's Comeback

Conor McGregor, the UFC's first simultaneous two-weight champion, has not competed since suffering a leg injury in his rematch with Dustin Poirier in January 2021. Fans are eagerly awaiting his return to the octagon, and UFC 300 could be the stage for his comeback.
