Legendary darts pundit Wayne Mardle has called Littler the "most naturally gifted player I've ever seen" after witnessing his sensational performance at the championships.

Littler's success hasn't gone unnoticed by bookmakers. Despite being just 16, he is already listed as the fourth favorite to win the entire competition. His odds of claiming his first world title are now at 9/1.
