Son Heung-min was spotted crying on the bench after picking up a knock during the match. The Tottenham physios quickly attended to him, showing concern for the player's well-being.

However, Son later provided a positive update on his condition. Speaking to The Mirror's Ryan Taylor in the mixed zone, he said, "No, I'm okay. I'm okay. Let's see."

"Soft" Performance and Disappointment

The Spurs captain emphasized the need for more energy and taking responsibility on the field. He acknowledged that the fans deserve better and called on the team to bounce back from the defeat.

Tottenham's Frustrating Streak

Tottenham took an early lead in the game through Cristian Romero's headed effort, but West Ham equalized in the second half and scored the winning goal through James Ward-Prowse.

This defeat marks Tottenham as the first team in Premier League history to have failed to win five consecutive games despite taking a 1-0 lead in each match. They are also the first team to have lost three consecutive home games despite going 1-0 up.
