Touching moment

After the match, Grigor Dimitrov couldn't hide his disappointment and broke down in tears, burying his head in a towel. As Novak Djokovic was sharing his thoughts on the match and his victory during a live TV interview, he paused and walked over to console Dimitrov.

The gesture of support from Djokovic was met with applause from the crowd, who hailed his "pure greatness" and described him as a "special guy."

Dimitrov, who has now lost to Djokovic 12 times in his career, seemed to appreciate the comforting gesture.

Impressive record

Novak Djokovic, 36, has now won a remarkable 40 ATP Masters tournaments, seven of which are Paris Masters titles. This puts him four titles ahead of his closest competitor, Rafael Nadal.

Aside from his tennis achievements, Djokovic has been busy attending events in Paris, such as the Rugby World Cup final, where he was seen alongside singer Rita Ora. He also presented the Ballon d'Or Feminin award to Spain's Aitana Bonmati for being the best female footballer of the year.

Looking ahead

With the Paris Masters being the final Masters event of the season, Djokovic now has time to rest before the Australian Open in January. He remains focused and shows no sign of slowing down, aiming to add to his record Grand Slam tally by claiming his 11th Australian Open title.
