Manchester United fans were left disappointed and longing for the Louis van Gaal era during their Premier League clash against West Ham.

Flat First Half

Alejandro Garnacho had a chance to score, but his shot was easily saved by Alphonse Areola.

One fan wrote, "This is so drab...I'm digging out my season review DVDs of the Louis van Gaal seasons!"

Another fan tweeted, "This is so dire from two teams in the 'exciting' Premier League. I think I'll switch over to a Christmas movie by halftime."

Multiple fans expressed their disappointment with the current state of Manchester United, calling them boring and mind-numbingly dull to watch.

Looking for Improvement

Erik ten Hag's side has struggled this season and currently sits outside the top four. Manchester United will need to find a way to bring back the excitement and thrill that fans crave.
