Liverpool Wonderkid Jarell Quansah Could Go on Loan to Championship Side

Liverpool's 20-year-old defender Jarell Quansah is attracting interest from Championship club Preston for a potential loan move.

Quansah, who made his Liverpool debut against Newcastle in August, has already played nine matches this season, including starts in the Europa League and Carabao Cup.

Preston manager Ryan Lowe has been monitoring the center-back and has a good relationship with Liverpool after taking Calvin Ramsay on loan earlier this year. Although Ramsay hasn't made his debut yet due to a knee injury, he was on the substitutes' bench in Preston's recent 2-1 loss to Cardiff.

Leicester City, who currently sit at the top of the Championship, have also shown interest in Quansah as they look to strengthen their defensive options.

Quansah, who joined Liverpool at the age of five, spent last season on loan at Bristol Rovers in League One. He has also been capped three times by the England Under-21s.

Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool's manager, has spoken highly of Quansah and expressed his surprise at how well the young defender has performed this season. Similarly, Joey Barton, Quansah's former manager at Bristol Rovers, believes he has a bright future ahead of him.

Overall, a loan move to Preston or Leicester could provide Quansah with valuable experience as he continues to develop his promising career.
