Former cricket star shows off his power ahead of England's T20 international
Freddie Flintoff, known for his big hitting, was seen in the nets ahead of England's fourth T20 international against the West Indies. The 45-year-old coach delighted players by smashing several sixes into the stands. This comes a year after his terrifying 130mph crash on Top Gear, which left him with facial injuries and broken ribs.
Flintoff Returns to Public Life and Continues Coaching
Despite his injuries, Freddie Flintoff has returned to public life and continued his coaching career. He recently helped train England for their clash with New Zealand and joined the England Lions for a training camp in the UAE. Next year, he will take on his first big coaching role as the head coach for the Northern Superchargers in The Hundred.
England's Pressure to Win
England currently trail 2-1 in the five-match West Indies series. In order to win the contest, they will need to stage a comeback in the last two matches. A victory would relieve the pressure on captain Jos Buttler and head coach Matthew Mott. Despite the stakes, the camp appeared relaxed as brave Freddie Flintoff wore a smile on his face.
