Francis Ngannou Calls Out Anthony Joshua for Boxing Match After Tyson Fury Showdown

In an unexpected turn of events, Francis Ngannou has set his sights on Anthony Joshua for his next boxing fight following his clash with Tyson Fury.

The Ex-UFC Champion Makes His Ring Debut Against Fury

Francis Ngannou, the former UFC champion, is set to make his much-anticipated ring debut this Saturday in Saudi Arabia against Tyson Fury.

Ngannou's Ambitions Extend to Anthony Joshua

Ngannou, who walked away from the UFC to pursue a career in boxing, had previously held talks to fight Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua.

Whilst both fights remain a possibility in the future, Ngannou seems focused on his upcoming bout with Fury. However, he has expressed his desire to face Joshua after his fight with Fury, should he emerge victorious.

Joshua's Promoter Meets with Ngannou

Anthony Joshua's promoter, Eddie Hearn, has reportedly met with Ngannou to discuss a potential match between the two fighters.

However, Ngannou ultimately chose to finalize a deal with WBC champion Tyson Fury, leaving the Joshua fight in doubt.

Hearn Cautions Against Crossover Clash

Eddie Hearn has cast doubt on the possibility of a crossover clash between Ngannou and Joshua, suggesting that Ngannou may struggle to maintain a high pace in a boxing match.

Hearn believes that if the fight were to happen, Fury would likely dominate Ngannou, either by stopping him early on or by outboxing him over the course of the fight.

He asserts that boxers are more skilled in striking, which could potentially give Fury the upper hand in a match against Ngannou.
