Erling Haaland Shoves Cole Palmer in Thrilling Premier League Draw

Erling Haaland Shoves Cole Palmer in Thrilling Premier League Draw

Haaland Keeps City's Plan Under Wraps

Cole Palmer was sent flying by Erling Haaland as he tried to pull off a cheeky stunt against Manchester City. The Chelsea hero equalised in the game with a late penalty but was not done winding up his old team in the thrilling Premier League 4-4 draw.

Palmers Tries to Eavesdrop on City's Strategy

During a Manchester City free-kick, Cole Palmer attempted to walk into the meeting of Haaland, Bernardo Silva, Kyle Walker, and Jack Grealish. However, Haaland was not impressed and quickly shoved Palmer away, keeping their plan to themselves.

Fans React on Social Media

Chelsea fans loved the audacity from Palmer as they reacted on social media. One commented: "Palmer is trying to listen in on the city players for that late free kick. S**t housery." Another wrote: "Palmer wanted to eavesdrop on City's strategy so that City's free kick didn't score against Chelsea, but Haaland caught it hahaha."

Thrilling Game Ends in Draw

The game was one of the best in the Premier League season so far. Manchester City took the lead through Haaland before Thiago Silva equalised for Chelsea. Raheem Sterling then put the hosts ahead before Manuel Akanji levelled for City. Haaland then netted his second of the game only for Nicolas Jackson to hit back for the Blues. Rodri then looked to have won the game for the visitors before Palmer's 95th-minute penalty. Despite the late leveller, manager Mauricio Pochettino was left fuming as the full-time whistle went before a Chelsea attack could finish. When speaking to the press after the incident, he did apologize for his actions.
