In a surprising turn of events, heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has come to the aid of champion jockey Oisin Murphy after his Instagram account was hacked.
Unlikely Partnership
Murphy's Instagram account, which boasts 69,000 followers, fell victim to hackers who posted a fake message claiming that the jockey had made £10,000 in just three hours through 'bitcoin mining'.
Shortly after, a manipulated photo of a Lloyds bank account appeared on his account, urging followers to explore a supposed investment opportunity.
A Helping Hand
Murphy took to Twitter to inform his fans about the hacking incident and asked them to disregard any suspicious activity from his account.

However, things took a stranger turn when Murphy later tagged Anthony Joshua in a post, expressing his gratitude for helping him regain control of his Instagram page.
It was also revealed that the account had been accessed from Nigeria.
Confused Fans
Followers were left puzzled by the unexpected partnership between the two athletes.
One Twitter user expressed their surprise, saying, "Wow! That’s not a story we were expecting to hear."

Another commented, "Things you never thought you'd ever see in a million years."
While the duo may seem like an odd pairing, fans commended Joshua for his act of kindness, with one person stating, "Anthony Joshua coming out of nowhere, pure class."
Unlikely Matchup
Comparing the physical attributes of the two individuals adds another layer of intrigue to their collaboration. Murphy, who stands at 5ft 6ins and weighs just 8st 7lb, is dwarfed by Joshua's towering 6ft 6ins and 17st 5lbs frame.
Joshua Steps Up
In other news, Joshua has stepped in to save the day after Tyson Fury's December 23 bout against Oleksandr Usyk was canceled.
Joshua will now face Swedish southpaw Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia, filling the gap left by Fury's absence.
Murphy's Racing Career
Meanwhile, Oisin Murphy, a former Flat champion jockey, is continuing to compete in the UK on all-weather tracks following the conclusion of the turf season.
