Rishi Sunak Takes Aim at Keir Starmer

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak did not hold back in his criticism of Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer. He accused Starmer of being disconnected from the concerns of everyday Britons. Sunak made these comments during the same event where Brady predicted an early election.

Stronger Position for the Tories

Following a challenging year, Sir Graham Brady highlighted the need for stability within the Conservative Party. He expressed confidence that the party is now in a much stronger position. Brady also indicated that the Prime Minister may trigger an early Spring election, suggesting that this event may be his last opportunity to introduce a Prime Minister at the party conference.

During a comedy roasting at a party gathering, Rishi Sunak took a swipe at Keir Starmer. The Chancellor accused Starmer of attempting to copy his priorities but twisting them in a negative way. Sunak humorously listed Starmer's supposed priorities, claiming they included fueling inflation, growing the unions, reducing policy, cutting British energy, and stopping the Rayner. The Prime Minister also joined in the criticism, ridiculing Starmer's lack of understanding by suggesting he believed the Angel of the North was a tube station in Islington.
