Ozawa was at Kanchan's Jinjo Sakaba in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo when he lost consciousness and was rushed to the hospital. Despite efforts to save him, he sadly passed away. The wrestling community mourns the loss of this talented and iconic figure.
