Feud with Snooker Chiefs
Snooker champion Ronnie O'Sullivan has found himself in a heated feud with the World Snooker Tour over playing in China. The 47-year-old fears the worst as he faces disciplinary action for allegedly making disparaging comments.
"Bent Over and Given a Good Seeing To"
O'Sullivan spoke out about the situation, saying, "It's difficult because I've got a big thing coming up soon. They're going to give me a good bending over and a good seeing to, which I'm going to have to take on the chin."
Threats of Punishment
Five snooker stars, including O'Sullivan, were threatened with punishment after choosing to participate in an exhibition event in Macau instead of the Northern Ireland Open. The event in Macau has since been rescheduled for December.
Crossroads for O'Sullivan
O'Sullivan expressed his dissatisfaction with the restrictions on playing in China. He said, "If I can't go out and do what I need to do – which is play a lot in China – then I won't even play again. We are at a sort of crossroads now."

Consideration of Career Change
The snooker legend revealed that if he is unable to continue playing in China, he may switch to Chinese 8 ball while still wanting to have a cue in his hand.
Uncertain Future
O'Sullivan remains uncertain about his future in snooker, expressing his love for playing in China's great venues with great crowds and prize money. He concluded, "If that gets to the point where I'm not allowed to do that, then I probably won't play."
