Chelsea Player Ratings: Thiago Silva Shines as Conor Gallagher Disappoints

Thiago Silva Proves Age is Just a Number

Chelsea veteran Thiago Silva showed his class as the Blues secured a 3-2 victory over Brighton. The experienced defender's composure and leadership on the pitch made a strong case for him to be named Chelsea captain.

Conor Gallagher's Captaincy Disaster

Conor Gallagher, who was handed the captain's armband for the day, had a disappointing performance. The midfielder's reckless challenges and subsequent red card left Chelsea with 10 men for the second half.
