Anthony Joshua's Next Fight: Otto Wallin December Date Revealed for Saudi Mega Show

Anthony Joshuas Next Fight: Otto Wallin December Date Revealed for Saudi Mega Show

AJ Looks to Bounce Back

After his recent victory over Robert Helenius, Anthony Joshua is now setting his sights on his next challenge. Following consecutive losses to Oleksandr Usyk, AJ has successfully defeated the dangerous Finn and Jermaine Franklin in order to rebuild his career.

A Rematch with Fury's Infamous Opponent

Next up for Joshua is Otto Wallin, the man who famously left Tyson Fury with 47 stitches above his eye during their fight four years ago. Although Wallin has won all of his fights since, he hasn't shown the same level of threat he did that night in Las Vegas.

A Chance at an IBF Title Shot

If Joshua can secure a victory against the Swedish southpaw, he may be elevated into a mandatory position to fight for the IBF title. However, as he has struggled against left-handed opponents in the past, Joshua will need to be at the top of his game to earn another shot at a world title.

When and Where

The highly anticipated clash between Anthony Joshua and Otto Wallin is expected to take place on Saturday, December 23, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Ring-walks for the main event are likely to begin around 11pm GMT.

Exciting Undercard

The event is rumored to have a star-studded undercard featuring heavyweight matchups. Deontay Wilder is said to be facing Joseph Parker in the co-main event, while Daniel Dubois will also be in action against former drug cheat Jarrell Miller. Dmitry Bivol, Filip Hrgovic, and Jai Opetaia are also set to showcase their skills on the card.

TV Channel and Streaming Information

Details regarding the TV channel and streaming service for the event have yet to be announced. Stay tuned to SunSport for the latest updates later this week.
