Anthony Joshua's new trainer, Ben Davison, has expressed his desire for a third fight with Oleksandr Usyk, vowing to "put that right" for the British superstar.
Changing Corners
AJ was twice defeated by Usyk on points, with Rob McCracken and Robert Garcia serving as his cornermen in the respective bouts. However, for his most recent win over Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia, Joshua teamed up with Derrick James. Unfortunately, James was unavailable for the fight.
Davison Takes the Lead
As a result, Ben Davison, who rose to fame working with Tyson Fury, stepped in and led Joshua's camp for the first time in his career. Under Davison's guidance, AJ dominated Wallin in the fifth round.
A Chance for Redemption
Davison has expressed his eagerness to help Joshua finally overcome the undefeated Usyk, stating, "Being selfish, I'd really like to put that Usyk fight right for him. I'm confident that we'd be able to help him put that right."

AJ's Camp Shuffle
Prior to his fight with Wallin, Joshua had secured victories over Jermaine Franklin and Robert Helenius under Derrick James' guidance. However, with James occupied in Dallas training Ryan Garcia, Joshua opted to switch camps and train with Davison in Harlow, UK.
The Next Move
After Deontay Wilder's loss to Joseph Parker, Joshua's next step in the ring remains uncertain, with a super-fight worth £100 million slipping away. Even Davison cannot confirm if he will continue working with AJ in the future, stating, "I don't know. I can't comment on that. It's a pleasure to work with, but we'll see."
